Fit Not Fat, a Son finds the Right Body Type Exercises for Him

By Rowena French | February 7, 2010

My husband’s mother is delighted with her son’s increasing fitness. She is even content to see ‘less’ of him! He’s told her about the new body type exercises that have made all the difference and she can not believe it.

This mom loves her son dearly but has never gotten used to the idea of him leaving town to live elsewhere (with anyone else)! It is unbelievable that a mother like this would ever be pleased to see ‘less’ of her son but she is. Why? She doesn’t want him to repeat her own unhealthy lifestyle and develop her poor health.

It is because her own health has taken a turn for the worse over recent years. She wants her son to make sure that he does not follow the same direction as she has without knowing about the value of tailored body type exercises. She didn’t watch her diet, was overweight for many years and sadly, has developed high cholesterol as well as Type 2 Diabetes and suffered a stroke recently.

Now she weighs less than at any time in her married life. Her cholesterol levels have dropped but, unfortunately, her life is ruled by diabetes. She wants her adult kids to take their health and well being seriously, by following a good diet, and exercising regularly.

Much to her delight, her son has lost 11 pounds already, has heaps more energy and is well on the road to better health. His most exciting discovery has been about the nature of his endomorphic body type. Now he knows how to combine new programs of body type exercises for his body and get the best results.

She understands now why he has always struggled to drop those extra pounds (especially around his waist) and how he is increasing his metabolism to lose weight and develop muscle stamina. She can see that his choice of the right body type exercises is critical to his success.

The last time my husband visited his mother, she noticed his reduced body fat and trimmer waist. She said that he looked as lean and handsome as he did on our wedding day, like his old self. She is delighted that he looks so much healthier and has even started regular body type exercises that are right for her.

As we set off home, she smiled. The she said ‘Hope to see Less of You Son’. We never thought we would hear those words!

PS. News Flash! She tells us that the house next door is up for sale. Oops
