Bleeding Out, Do You Have Piles, Do You Want The Cure

An embarrassing problem not often mentioned at the tea break , but bleeding piles are a common disorder. Piles which are bleeding can be found internally and externally or both!

Piles can occasionally disappear as quickly as they arrived, but be aware they often return. Having piles can be a very painful and uncomfortable condition. In some cases the only symptom that you have piles are when they bleed, a silent waring something is wrong.

Getting to know the cause can prevent you from getting bleeding piles. There are many causes for developing piles, some of the best know cause are.

The walls and veins in the rectal area will feel irritated and become weaker allowing the piles to bleed. Constipation develops from not eating a balanced diet or when you delay a bowel movement because of the fear of the pressure during this. Pregnancy affect the veins too, causing extra pressure with increased blood flow. Standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time. Excess consumption of alcoholic and caffeinated drinks can also cause piles to bleed.

It is important to seek medical advice before attempting any treatments for piles, the treatments can vary for person to person due to the various causes. Some of the conventional treatments are listed for curing and stopping bleeding piles.

Keeping the rectal area as clean as possible, by washing with a mild soap will help with your bleeding piles. Use soft tissue paper and talcum powder to keep the anal area dry. Dab the area gently avoid rigorous rubbing.

Crucial for maintaining a balanced diet to include roughage and high fiber. To avoid straining during a bowel movement, gently soak in a hot bath for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
