What Has Research Shown About Magnesium And Hair Loss?

By Guest | December 29, 2009 | Popularity: 1% (?)

Many people each day wake to find hair on their pillow and that they have had to either wear hats, head scarves or have had to re-style their hair in order to cover up the signs of hair loss. I am sure that as you are reading you have suffered the same trauma or know someone who has. Am I right? Well what I would like to tell you today are a secret I discovered to help me with my own hair loss problem, the secret I wish to tell you about is regarding magnesium and hair loss.

Before discovering this important secret I had many years in which, possibly like you I spent a lot of money trying products that claimed to give me hair that would be strong, thick and of course solve my problem. Although some of them smelled a lot better than others that is all they did do… Smell good or bad, and one that I tried gave me a scalp that was red and itchy for the rest of the day, so I decided to look into what had been researched regarding natural products.

Am I right in thinking you would be happy to give me your daughters hand in marriage should I share with you my secret? Well you don’t have to do that as I want nothing from you just to give you the information that has given me back the hair that time and Mother Nature took away.

My secret is Magnesium. Yes this one mineral, or rather lack of it could be way you are thin on top. Specialists in the caused of hair loss have found when looking into why some men and women suffer from thinning and/or baldness and one of the common factors is that they have a lower amount of magnesium in their diets than those who do not suffer.

Rest assured though. You do not have to change the foods that you are eating, as products that contain magnesium as well as supplements will be able to give you all you need to stimulate new hair growth in both men and women.

What this will do is allow you the freedom to wear your hair in different styles, or throw away the hats you have worn to hide the tell tale signs.

One thing though that you should know before starting treatment is that it is not suitable for people who have lost a lot of hair, as once most of your hair has gone it indicates that the hair follicles have already died, meaning that you will not be able to bring them back to life with magnesium treatments. If you are beginning to lose your hair though the follicles are only slowing down the production meaning that they can be boosted into re-growth. Who would have thought that hair loss treatment could be so easy and successful?
