If your goal is to starting eating right for a new healthier you, choosing high protein low carb foods as the mainstay of your diet is the best choice. Eating too many carbs can be very unhealthy. so cutting down on these and adding protein is the way to go.

Reduce your carbohydrate intake a little bit at a time while simultaneously increasing your protein intake. When you have reached your goal of balance, you will not really feel as if you are on a diet. You will just know you are eating better and feeling better.
