Living in today’s fashion conscious society both women and the new breed of metro sexual men are seeking ways to be body and image perfect. Having stout ankles or ‘cankles’ as they are more commonly known is something they want to cure and there are several ways of solving the issue.

In today’s modern body conscious society people are becoming increasingly worried about having cankles and are seeking ways to prevent and cure the problem. Bad circulation in the body can cause blood vessels not being able to carry the blood back from the foot area through the legs and around the body. Another method of improving poor circulation in your feet and ankles is simply by raising your feet above your heart. This is a very effective way of allowing the heart to pump this blood back around the body.

Heavy individuals often find that they tire easily, especially when on their feet all day. It is advisable for all of us to take a responsible approach to our health. We need to exercise well and eat sensibily.
