The Ulimate Great Outdoor BBQs

When we think of great outdoor bbqs we think of a social function where we have friends and family gather. It's not just about the sizzling sausages, or the burgers and the fish dishes or side dishes that compliment our grilled food. Like heck it's not. It's all the above and lots more. Planning and some fore thought before the great outdoor bbqs will ensure that it will be successful.

Why do we strive or look forward to great outdoor bbqs so much? I guess it has to do with the winter weather and being stuck inside. It feels just awesome to get out into the garden and enjoy the outdoors. And lets not forget eating outside adds that something special to the evening.

Why is it food always seems to taste better when cooked on a barbecue? In all honesty food does taste a lot better when cooked under the grill. We certainly are more adventurous when trying out new food or dishes, and diets for the day are thrown out of the window.

We balance all the meat we added on out plate by piling up the salad. Why do we do this? It's certainly not through guilt, probably because the food is so colorful and tasty. I think we can assume the sunshine helps in all this by bringing out the colors. This makes us eat a lot more than we would if we were inside.

Grilling those famous burgers at our great outdoor bbqs we need those buns. Make sure those buns are fresh. Also don't forget to add a few fresh French sticks. These are certainly a favorite with everyone. Slice and wrap the French stick in a towel, placed on a long dish in the middle of the table, alongside a cover dish of butter as well. We don't to eat bugs and flies. Well I know I don't want to eat them when there is more appetizing food around at our great outdoor bbqs.

With some planning and fore thought you can come up with some easy and quick recipes that can be chilled in the fridge the night before your great outdoor bbqs. One such quick and easy recipe is the potato salad. Cook the potato the night before and cut into quarters, next add mayonnaise to taste and chopped chives. If you don't already know, freeze dried chives have a stronger flavor than fresh chives.

Remember at any great outdoor bbqs providing side dishes goes a long way and is not that hard once some thought is put into the event. You will be envied, and the talk of the town for quite sometime about your great outdoor bbqs.
