There will be cuisine to be tried from over seventy major restaurants and fine dining establishments from all over the city, each coming to the park to prove that their food is so much better than the next guys. Your taste buds will jump for joy at the seemingly endless choice of various ethnic foods. You'll find booths and stands with cuisines of all types, such as Italian, Latin, Mediterranean, Cuban, German, and every other ethnicity that you can possibly imagine. Don't be surprised if you even come across foods that you had never considered before, such as Deep Fried Alligator Tail or Golden Baked Rattlesnake. If it can be stuck in an oven or on a stovetop, there is a fairly decent chance that you will find it at this awesome festival of food.

While here you will find that the city has come alive with all kinds of vacation treats and pleasures. There will be rides set up around the city for the kids, sports activities such as marathon races, and tons of other fun filled activities. The only bad aspect of this entire festival is the sad fact that it eventually will end!
