The Sunshine Coast of Australia

Queensland gets thousands of tourists each year, who go there for the outdoor lifestyle and breathtaking views. The coastal area in the south-eastern part of Queensland is known as the Sunshine Coast Australia.
It's on the Pacific coast and is a magnet for the world's surfers and sun worshippers who want to relax on its beaches. The Mooloolaba beach is famous for its massive waves. There something there for the whole family to be entertained.
Another famous place to visit is Australia Zoo, which was managed by Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter. Since his death, the zoo has been run by his widow, Terri, and you can see her there taking care of the many idigenous species that are kept there, like the koala and kangaroo.
Underwater World Marine Park is the place to go if you want to see marine life. It's situated at Mooloolaba, in the Sunshine Coast and has a shark tunnel. This is a moving walkway that passes under the aquarium. You can also see performing seals as well as other freshwater animals, like otters.
There is a working farm near Nambour called the Big Pinapple which has many activities, like rides, restaurants and souvenir shops. You can tour the pinapple plantations on a miniature train also. It's a great wasy to find out about the farm.
Another ride is called the Nutmobile, inspired by the Macadamia Nuts that also grow on the farm. This attraction on the Australia Sunshine Coast is great for a family day out. The children can feed the animals on the small animal area, which includes dingoes, alpacas, pigs, ducks, chickens, a deer and a donkey.
Everyone fantasizes about a gingerbread house when they are a small child. The Buderim Ginger Factory taps into that fantasy whilst still operating as a working factory. Visitors are welcome to tour the factory and view the exhibits. There are rides for the children and restaurants. At the end of the visit, visitors can take home some ginger products from the factory shop.
The Sunshine coast of Australia has it's share of National Parks and golf courses to. So there really is something to cater for all.
