It's always been a mystery to me, how all the internet marketing experts continue to make those "magical figures" when it comes to both website traffic and the earnings from those sites. No matter what I read or tried, I couldn't get anything to work for me.

I often hoped that these "experts" would truly reveal their real secrets and methods that were bringing their success to a little guy like me. I soon started to think that just wouldn't happen. of course, sometimes they will reveal "snippets" of information - but I'm sure the really juicy stuff is kept to themselves. In other words the big traffic generation secrets remain secrets.

The techniques that are revealed by the "gurus" often come with some serious problems.

Let's take the example of targeted traffic acquired through pay-per-click programs. In this kind of program, it is true that you get quality web traffic your way, but the disadvantage is that you are paying a very high price for that traffic - at times as much as $5 per click! In addition, there is absolutely no guarantee that this method would give you a certain minimum percentage of "conversion." I mean, what if your competitors started clicking on those "pay-per-click" ads?

Another often method that the "gurus" recommend is search engine optimisation. Although it is possible to carry this our by yourself for free, the time, effort and knowledge required to optimize a site fully is usually prohibitive.

Article writing is similar to SEO. You either need to spend a long time and a great deal of effort to write your articles - especially if you lack the creative ability. Or once again, you end up spending money to have your articles written for you.

Surely, there must be a better way of traffic generation than these! As a matter of fact, there is!

This is the best traffic generation method; especially if you are new in this field. Tap on the customer lists of all those "successful" internet entrepreneurs! Rather than starting on your own "list building" from scratch, form joint venture partnerships with other website owners who already have considerable sized lists! Offer them a good percentage of the profits and most of them will agree to your deal.

Initially, it can be a bit difficult to convince them, but use a "scatter gun" approach. Contact as many people as you can; it costs nothing to do that, and they in turn don't have to spend a penny to send an email to their list, promoting your products.

This final method was the missing one. It happens to be the most effective method of traffic generation that is free. It's also the one method the "experts" chose to leave out of their own information products. It's the one secret that has been succesful for me. Let's see if you can succeed this way too!
