During pre-operative visits, the doctor and patient may decide on new, usually higher, positions for the areolas and nipples. Excess tissue may simply be removed through a tiny incision in each breast. This leaves minimal scarring. Afterwards, a choice between the inferior pedicle, vertical scar or liposuction only is made. The procedure usually costs from around $2000 to as high as $6000. As such, save up for this procedure or use your money to go to the gym to get rid of your man-boobs; it's your choice.
