Snoring and Erectile Dysfunction
By: Christian Goodman
Is it possible that there might be a link between erectile dysfunction and snoring?
I've noticed what at first may look like a strange pattern. Many clients who bought my stop snoring program later purchased and benefited from my erectile dysfunction program and vise verse.
I have not seen any of my other program to have such a clear harmonization.
Snoring and erectile dysfunction is very common among men who are over 40 years of age. However, this is not the reason of connection between these two programs which are totally different.
The real reason is that the underlying cause for snoring is very similar to the underlying cause for erectile dysfunction. Snoring can even lead to erectile dysfunction and vise versa.
Erectile dysfunction is caused due to the blood is not been able to flow freely to the penis. This often results because of tension and weakness of the muscles around the genital areas. By training these muscles you will be healed.
Snoring is caused blocks in the breathing passages. These blocks are caused by tension and weakness of the muscles around the breathing passages. Train these muscles and you'll be trained.
These conditions are just a mere sign for a bigger problem. Men who snores or suffers from erectile dysfunction can easily experience stroke and heart attack. Therefore, they are sure to suffer either one of these attacks at some point in their lifetime until and unless they do something about these conditions.
Why does this happen?
These small, delicate muscles (around the genitals and breathing passages) does not get weak or tense at once. Inch by inch the narrowing of the veins (caused by cholesterol, smoking and other conditions), hardens and weakens them.
Emotional tensions also creates a tension in these muscles and thus it blocks the nutrition to flow.
Snoring or rather sleep apnea has some other serious side effects. Many snorers suffer from sleep apnea and they don't realize it. Sleep apnea results in the blockage of the breathing passage completely, several times during the night, which causes the feeling of suffocation. Those who suffers from this condition wakes up (completely or unconsciously) gasping for air.
This tension causes the veins and the muscles in the back of the neck to harden. Little by little, they get narrower and narrower and can't deliver enough oxygen up to the brain. If anything goes wrong after that, the person suffer stroke.
Veins and muscles present in the neck are not the only part that get tense due to the oxygen deprivation during snoring (sleep apnea). It does also happens to the heart. It also results to the veins and the muscles which are present in the genital area, which causes erectile dysfunction.
So What Is The Solution?
You need to train these muscles in order to deal with the conditions and to heal the harm already been done to you. You need to relief them of the tension thats affecting them. These are actually small muscles which we usually never train them or pay any attention.
Except me, is there anyone talking, how to train the throat? How to train the small delicate muscles that is helping us to pee? No one seems to look at these muscles, but they are very essential to our health and well being.
If you suffer from snoring, you'll focus on the muscles around the throat using the exercises fro the stop snoring exercises program.
If you do suffer from erectile dysfunction, you do require to focus on the muscles present around the genitals by following the exercises from the erectile dysfunction program.
If you are suffering from snoring and ED (like I explained in the beginning that many of my clients do) then you should put extra effort by exercising both the areas.
And then, you may want to think about changing your life style. The heart attack prevention propaganda is so strong that you probably know a lot about what is recommended to prevent this condition.
You should apply the knowledge to prevent other core issues of erectile dysfunction, snoring and stroke. Anything thats good for your heart is actually good for your health overall.
