Monkey Jungle
If you are a true animal lover, then the local zoos at the various vacation spots are probably not a very big attraction for you. True animal lovers do not enjoy seeing a caged animal in a small area where he or she is confined all the time. They want to see the animals running free and enjoying life in something that is at the very least similar to their natural habitat. If you are a true animal lover, then you can find some relief and lots of enjoyment at the Monkey Jungle in Miami Florida. http://juble.com/
You Are on Display
The Monkey Jungle is a collection of primates from around the world. By collection, we are not referring to individually caged creatures, as the Monkey Jungle has a rather interesting motto. "Monkey Jungle, Where the humans are caged and the monkeys run free." You see, here you are guided through a cage-like walkway while there is massive jungle like areas that the monkeys live and frolic in. Occasionally, one of the many types of simians may just walk over and look at you behind your bars.
Monkeys Galore!
This is a huge conglomeration of one of the planets' most extensive groupings of various types of primate life. Of the many genres and sub-genres of simian wildlife you will find here are the White Handed Gibbons, The Howler Monkeys, The Crab-Eating Cacaque Monkey, The Orangutans, and the Diana Monkeys. The local favorite of all the breeds seems to be the Gorillas. There is one favorite in particular, a Gorilla named King. This is the world's most intelligent gorilla to date. King lives in a massive Cameroon Forest replicated habitat, enjoying his life here as researchers watch, as his intelligence seems to grow by leaps and bounds on a daily basis. http://juble.com/
Into the Rain Forest
The number one attraction in the Miami Monkey Jungle is, bar none, the Amazonian Rain forest. Here, there are no bars between you and the wildlife. The forest itself is the compilation of several years' worth of importing actually Amazon rain forest trees and plants and putting them into a full massive environment. Here you will have the opportunity to come into contact with many forms of wildlife that are natives to this region. There are hawks, raccoons, and even Yellow rat snakes. Don't worry, as they won't bite. The monkeys here, such as the Howlers, Black-Capped Capuchins, and the Squirrel Monkeys will sometimes even come up to you and allow you to feed them.
One can generally tell when a wild creature feels at home in its' environment or feels as if they are caged. The caged feeling ones will always seem lethargic, moving around slowly, rarely making a noise and just seeming overly bored with life in general. A wild animal that feels as if they are in their true environment will be energetic, moving around a lot and making a lot of noises. They will always seem to be excited. This is the atmosphere and the feel that you get at the Miami Monkey Jungle in Southern Florida. These creatures of the jungle do not seem to even realize that they are not back in the real jungle. http://juble.com/
