Lose 10 Years With a Non Surgical Face Lift

The term non surgical facelifts can be applied to a number of different disciplines, many involving chemicals or lasers. Facial exercises are the only truly natural way to a younger looking you. In spite of this millions of men and women still chose painful surgery or injections of toxic substances as a short cut to anti aging.

It is strange when you think; these are probably the same people who spend hours at a time in an expensive gym on weights and treadmills, sculpting their bodies but would never dream of taking 5 or 10 minutes a day on a series of facial exercises that will make them look younger. They have to make the commitment to get up and travel to the gym whilst with facial exercises, you only have to go as far as the bathroom or you can do it in any room.

There is another strategy that can compliment facial exercises which really improve skin tone and help reduce wrinkles. It is called acupressure massage and relies on the acupoint areas of the face. Rather than sticking pins in, the areas are massaged which unblock the energy flow and increase the blood flow which in turn will help to flush the toxins away, bringing a healthy glow to the skin. It can also be used at the same time as applying your moisturiser.

Your acupressure massage can be greatly enhanced with the use of magnet therapy which also work on the acupoints of the face. Special magnets must be used, there are masks that have these already fitted, and these also increase the blood flow which will bring more oxygenated blood to rejuvenate the skin whilst at the same time removing impurities.

There are other ways to help you to a younger you and it is not an external way. Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) will help you by unblocking any inner problems that may be holding you back. People can often self sabotage themselves without being aware they are doing it. EFT will help you quickly get to the heart of any problems you may have and can be used for other problems or as a motivating tool.

The real benefits of facial exercise cannot be underestimated, even for those who are determined to go ahead with some surgery. Using it for several weeks before will give the face more definition that will give your surgeon a better canvas to work on, whilst using it a couple of months after, will keep your new looks for longer and so you will not need to return to the surgeon for a retouch.

Young people ignore facial exercises as they do not realise that they are aging. By incorporating a facial exercise routine they will keep their youthful looks much longer improve their skin tone and could even use them for some facial remodelling. Facial exercises are the really natural way to achieve a non surgical face lift with the added bonus of improved skin tone. No Contest.
