And in more recent news, P2P file sharing companies, and individuals that encourage illegal downloads of music and movies, are now also being sued.

Divorce

If there were no legal system, no lawyers and no courts, divorce would still be difficult and it would still take time to go through it. Legal divorce process is similar in all states, but there common sets of terms. The divorce has to be conducted on the particular field and under specific rules.

There is no reason to rush into getting divorce for some people and it is a decision that has to be well thought out just as the marriage should have been. But people will sometimes prefer the separation instead of a divorce because of their religious beliefs or for insurance purposes.
