Investing in a Loft conversion.

These newly converted warehouse-turned-artists lofts with a modern flair and upscale features that today's buyers want including granite kitchen tops, imported Italian cabinetry and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. Can this also be true of residential homes?
Any time you consider the option of adding to the house you should consider the idea of building into the loft.
