Celebrity Child Adoption Announcement

The media frequently features celebrity adoption announcements that often give us to ooh and aah over the latest additions to their families.
Child adoptions among the celebrity is a growing trend and seems to be next big thing following the rush of mini-dog additions as wardrobe accessories - what has the world come to. Hopefully, this is preceded by thoughtful consideration to the futures of these child and the long-term commitment that is required out of this process.
Angelina Jolie's adoption of her son Maddox is probably the most heavily covered adoption announcements to be featured in the media recently.
Brad Pitt has also been quick to jump on the adoption wagon train, having recently applied to allow these two children to legally take on his last name, as he moves towards marrying their adoptive mother.
Even on a local basis, adoption announcements seem to be on an increasing trend. This particularly true among the wealthy and accomplished.
This is probably due to the fact that they can afford the high fees of adoption, often exceeding $15,000.
The long-term effects of removing these children from their homelands and culture are yet to be revealed and understood fully.
As adoption announcements continue to increase in its popularity, it's a good opportunity for anyone approaching parenthood, to at least consider adoption.
Of course, not all is suitable to have adoption. But it is good to be able to have this as part of option.
