Andrea's Post Syndrome Story - Tubal Ligation Side Effects

By: Sandra Wilson

Have you had your tubes tied and begun having several different tubal ligation side effects? Is your life a misery with you suffering from post syndrome ailments while it seems like everyone around you has no clue what is going on? Well, you should not worry any longer. You are suffering from such side effects, you are not alone, and there is a way out.
Let's take the case of Andrea, a 31 year old mom of four. She thought she and her husband had had enough children even though her doctor advised her against tubal ligation and her husband cautioned her not to have the operation. So, following the c-section of her daughter, she had her tubes tied.
Soon afterward, Andrea starting suffering different symptoms. At first, she put her general malaise down to her regret at having had her tubes tied. But, she began to keep track in a journal of all the different post syndrome symptoms she was beginning to acquire. The list of tubal ligation side effects just kept growing.
She had cyclical migraines with nausea and vomiting, could not lose extra weight from pregnancy even with diet and exercise, erratic emotions, and extremely dry skin. In addition, she would have mid-cycle cramping and then terrible cramping during her period. This latter cramping nearly brought her to tears though she says she has a high pain threshold. Not only did she begin to spot outside her normal period, the bleeding would be so severe her doctor suspected she had menstrual anemia. Indeed, the bleeding was so severe, it caused her to leave in the middle of church because she was too weak and nauseated.
Andrea looked to her doctors for advice and help. She was informed at that point that the heavy blood flow and pain are commonly seen in women post tubal. She was even told by her family doctor that the doctor had been informed of numerous women having these kind of problems. Many women suffer these tubal ligation side effects. Too bad they aren't informed before the operation but then this is not presently recognized as a real syndrome. With all the proper testing showing that Andrea had no other causes of these symptoms, she looked into finding a doctor to perform a tubal reversal.
Andrea did search in her local area for a tubal reversal as a means of mitigating her post syndrome symptoms. Her own doctor and others in the area do perform the operation. However, none had their own set of post tubal and success rates statistics. Not only that but they were asking around $12,000 for the tubal reversal surgery. Fortunately, she was able to acquire the help of the world's foremost tubal reversal doctor and fly to his location from Idaho at less than the cost of getting the procedure done locally.
Andrea decided to make that flight and had her surgery done in July of 2008. Right away her tubal ligation side effects reduced. The headaches and pain are gone. Of course, a different kind of pain could come back in early summer next year. She got pregnant within two months of the operation and is very happy. But even with her short time before doing so, she was already going back to the way she was before having her tubes tied.
As you can see by Andrea's story, you don't have to suffer post tubal ligation side effects. You can get your own tubal reversal surgery and find many of your own symptoms post syndrome be minimized or even disappear altogether. Do your own research and find out just how a tubal reversal can help you.
